1. Service
AstroLingua provides an online German-language learning platform with vocabulary training, grammar exercises, listening, reading, writing and speaking practice for DTZ exam preparation. The service is offered free of charge with optional premium features.
2. Account
You must be at least 16 years old to register. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. One account per person.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use AstroLingua to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service; (c) share your account credentials.
4. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
5. Limitation of liability
AstroLingua is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to €0 (free tier) or the amount paid in the last 12 months.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Germany.
